 Mounting Structures

Panels shall be mounted on GI MS frames

inclined at 30.3 degrees to the south. The
structure is designed in such a manner that
module can be replaced easily and in line
with site requirements and it is easy to
install and service in future. The frames
will be supported by angle legs of suitable
lengths to provide the pre-determined
inclination. The structures shall be pre
engineered to meet special requirements of
placing the modules on the corrugated
rooftops also can withstand the wind speed
& thunder storms as per the IS Standards.
The structural certificate from designated
structural consultant can be submitted as
per the wind load calculation if required.
Electrical Accessories

Cables shall be of 650 V/ 1.1 kV grade.

Interconnections, array to junction boxes, junction
boxes to PCU etc will be selected to keep voltage drop
and losses to the minimum. The bright annealed
99.97% pure bare copper conductors offer low
conductor resistance; result in lower heating thereby
increasing cable life and efficiency. These wires are
insulated with a special grade PVC compound
formulated and manufactured in-house.

OUR COMMITMENT
1. THE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE MINIMUM 2,92,000 UNITS OF ENERGY EVERY
YEAR
2. WE WILL INSTALL, MAINTAIN AND REPAIR THE SYSTEM FOR THE ENTIRE
TERM AT NO COST FOR YOU.
3. WE WLL PROVIDE 24 HR MONITORING OF SYSTEM AT YOUR PREMISES.
4. ALL COMMITMENTS SHALL BE LEGALLY BINDED BY A POWER PURCHASE
AGREEMENT.
5. THROUGHOUT THE PPA TERM, UNDER NO CONDITION SOLAR RATE WILL
EXCEED THE DISCOM TARIFF.
6. TODAY THERE IS NO TAX ON SOLAR POWER, IF SO IN FUTURE YOU WILL BE
CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide access to work site for delivery of equipment & materials prior to
& during project implementation.

2. Provide your rooftop on long term lease to host the Solar System for
power generation.

3. Provide access to suitable & secure space for storage of equipment &
materials.

4. Provide access to our personnel on your site during installation &

maintenance work.
5. Assist in statutory documents & clearances required for project
implementation.
6. Ensure safety and security of the Solar System.
7. Timely payment of solar bills.
POWER BILLING
1. You will be billed for the energy that is generated by the Solar System.
2. The energy delivered will be measured using installed meters.
3. Meters will be calibrated meters and you can also calibrate those meters on
your own.
4. Solar Bill will be raised on the 2nd of every month and due within 7 (seven)
days from receipt of the bill.
5. Delay in payment 30 days post due day will incur 1% late payment penalty.
6. In case of default or termination, you agree to purchase the System at its
depreciated value.
7. The PSPCL has not the online system to automatically calculate the solar
power generation presently so the generation will be calculated through
calibrated meters.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. STAN or one of its financing partners will own the System and you agree to
purchase the power that the System produces at a rate set forth in the
Agreement
2. This offer is valid upon a thorough credit check, which you agree to
provide to us and share with our financing partners.
3. STAN will assign the PPA to one of its financing partners. With mutual
consent STAN may assign, sell or transfer the System and this Power
Purchase Agreement or any part of this Power Purchase Agreement or the
exhibits.
4. You will be required to provide a rolling bank guarantee of estimated
billable amount of 9 months generation at the time of Power Purchase
Agreement sign off.
