Subject : Installation of 1 Unit – 300 KW Drive Motor of

Crusher No. 2
Sir,

We are pleased to submit our quotation of the above subject located at Pugalo, Alcoy,
Cebu.

Scope of Works:
1. Mobilization to site.
2. Hauling of the motor from landing platform into its mounting base.
3. Removal of Crusher No. 5 motor coupling and replace with Crusher
No. 2 motor coupling.
4. Install drive belts and aligning of drive motor to its driven load.
5. Conduct electrical testing of stator and rotor such as, Insulation
Resistance and Polarization Index (P.I.) tests.
6. Tapping of power cables at motor side.
7. Witness test run without load.
8. Turn over to end user for acceptance.

Our Price Offer:

Total Lot Price -------- Php 30,000.00

Mode of Payment:

100 % payment, 30 days upon acceptance/completion.

Terms and Conditions:

1. ITES to supply competent labor, supervision,
test instruments, tools and equipment.
2. Additional scope of works shall be charged separately.
3. Completion Time - One (1) working day only.
4. Validity - this offer is valid for one month only.
5. VAT Excluded.
