1. OBJECTIVE
a. To identify if overheating happens to electrical equipment at present condition.
b. To check the working condition of electrical equipment and minimize or eliminate sudden
equipment breakdown.

2. SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
a. Thermographic Scanning
i. Prepare tools and equipment.
ii. Open panel doors/covers.
iii. Take thermal image.
iv. Put back panel doors/covers.

b. Preventive Maintenance Service


i. Prepare tools and equipment.
ii. Assist on power shutdown.
iii. Open panel doors.
iv. Conduct general inspection and cleaning of equipment.
v. Conduct testing on electrical equipment.
vi. Conduct general inspection and cleaning.
vii. Assist on power restoration.

4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
a. Contractor to abide on company rules, regulations and standard operating procedures
b. Wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times during execution of work
c. Proper Lock out and Tag Out of electrical equipment
d. Safety Signages
e. Grounding of electrical equipment

5. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
a. Accomplished work permit by the service provider
b. Notify tenants about schedule of power shutdown by the Owner
c. Set up Signage/Barricade as may needed
d. Wearing uniform and ID inside the building premises
e. Submit list of equipment being owned by the service provider

6. PROPOSED SCHEDULE
a. Pre-PMS Thermal Scanning :
Day 1 Generic Date / 9:00 AM until onwards.
b. Preventive Maintenance Service :
Day 2 Generic Date / Saturday / 8:00 AM until on or before 5:00 PM
c. Post-PMS Thermal Scanning :
Day 3 (One Week After PM) / 9:00 AM until onwards.

7. ACTIVITY PRE-CONDITION
a. Secure approved Building Work Permit
b. Coordination of power shutdown with Meralco and tenants by the Owner
c. Check the power supply for testing of equipment
d. Toolbox meeting/Safety Orientation
