Sub : Estimate for arrangng power supply to 66HP stone crusher installation in
the name of Sri.Maruti.Ramappa.Lamani at Sy No.101/3 at Narenur Village
in Kerur Section in Guledgudd sub Division under ‘self execution
scheme’.

With reference to the above subject, technical sanction/ administrative
approval is accorded to the estimate for arrangng power supply to 66HP stone crusher
installation in the name of Sri.Maruti.Ramappa.Lamani at Sy No.101/3 at Narenur Village
in Kerur Section, under ‘self execution scheme’.With following conditions.

1. You are requested to communicate power sanction to the applicant at your end duly
observing HESCOM Rules & Regulations.
2. Intimate the applicant duly high lighting the documents / papers to be submitted to
HESCOM.
3. Intimate the compliance of the HESCOM Procedure.
4. Intimate the Deposit payable by the applicant at your end.
5. Intimate the applicant to pay Rs.25927 /- towards supervising charges.
6. Intimate to use materials as per HESCOM specifications.
7. Intimate to produce proof for having purchased materials for verification.
8. Intimate to get clearance from TA & QC of HESCOM.
9. Intimate to carry out work through class-I LEC under the supervision of HESCOM.
10. Intimate to give guarantee for materials as well as quality of works carried out for
11. the period of one year from the date of taking over the lines by HESCOM.
12. Intimate to get approval from electrical inspectorate authority before charging.
13. The approval is valid for three months from the date of this sanction.
14. Any other conditions as deemed fit will be imposed depending on individual case.
15.Tarriff may applied depending upon the site condition.
Supervision charge paid is not refundable

6. Intimate to use materials as per HESCOM specifications.
7. Intimate to produce proof for having purchased materials for verification.
