The work of “Extension of New EHT supply for a maximum demand of 10500KVA at 110KV
level to M/s Cheyyar SEZ Developers, Near Plot No:A1, Sipcot Industrial Park, Pelakuppam Village,
Tindivanam, Villupuram District by making LILO in existing 110 KV Villupuram – Acharapakkam
feeder II in between Elamangalam 110 KV SS & Acharapakkam 230 KV SS for carrying out the entire
works under Self-Execution”was administratively approved vide reference (1) and technically
sanctioned vide reference (2).
Based on that M/s.Cheyyar SEZ Developers, have paid the amount of Rs.4,31,65,980/- on
21.08.2023 vide Doc.No.2350850561.

In the ref (3), M/s.Cheyyar SEZ Developers Private Limited have requested for line clear in
the existing 110kVVillupuram – Acharapakkam feeder II for making LILO arrangements on 12.01.24
from 07.00 Hrs to 19:00 Hrs.
 The details of LC required is given below.

The following works will be carried out during LC period.

1. Line stringing from Loc. 364 to New KCO tower 364 A and 364-A to 363.

2. Line stringing from 363A to 2 nos DP.

The 110 kV Cable has been laid by making LILO of the Acharapakkam – Villupuram 110 kV
line for effecting EHT SC to /s SEZ Cheyyar Thindivanam. The cable has been tested ok and
witnessed by board officials. P&C wing has yet to give clearance for energising the 110 kV Source
incoming line breakers. Hence during the LC Period, the incoming 110 kV LC Cables alone may
kindly be planned to be energised, with the 110 kV Incoming AB Switches kept opened at
consumer end and the cables observed for soak test, till the P&C Wing give clearance for energising
the LILO Portion at Consumer end and arragements to be made by the consumer to arrange for
phase sequence test.

Hence, it is requested that necessary LC may be issued in the 110kV Villupuram –

Acharapakkam feeder II on 12.01.204 (07.00 Hrs to 19.00 Hrs) to carry out the above works
please.
