n omsietation of proposals of various ducational Institutions, the management is pleased to allow
Vocational Training P'rogramme for the B. Tech (3nd year & 4th year) students named in the annexed list at
ditlerent Sub-stations as
per following terms and conditions, as laid down in the Office Order No
317/2016, dated 26/05/2016 of the Director (HR & A).
1Training should be undertaken strictly as per schedule stated against the trainces in the annexure
and no reguest for deviations/changes / extension in place of training shall be allowed.
The Training shall be imparted broadly on the following Areas:-
Overview of Sub-station
Overview of Transmission Network
111.
Switching Operations
IN. Equipment's & Transfornmer
N. Operating Instructions and Maintenance
Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Testing
vii. System Study Techniques
viii. Trouble Shooting
ix. Electrical Safety Procedures, Accident Prevention
Transmission Sub-station & Line Maintenance
3 They shall report to the Sub-station/unit In-charge. Training shall be imparted under supervision
and control of concerned
In-charge. Saturday & Sunday will be weekly off-day.
4 During training period, no remuneration / stipend will be paid by WBSETCL.
5. Trainees will have to arrange for fooding & lodging at their own cost during the period of their
training.
6. Trainees are directed to maintain individual Note Books and
Training Reports in duplicate and get
those signed by the Officer under whom
they are placed for training.
7. Original Training/Project Report duly signed by the Controlling Officer along with a copy of
Training completion-cum-Release Order (scanned) in Compact-Disc (CD) only should be
submitted at this end within fifteen days of
completion of the training.
8. Trainees should keep/ preserve their original Note Book and Duplicate Copy of Training/ Project
Reports for their future need.
9 Report of any act of indiscipline or breach of rules and regulations of the Company, on the part of
the trainees shall make them
ineligible to continue further in their training programme
10. West Bengal State
Electricity Transmission Company Limited will not be responsible for any kind
of untoward incident/accident arising out of and the course of during training.
11. Trainees must adhere to the Safety Rules and
Regulations of the Company.
12. Trainees should follow the Govt.
protocol of Covid-19 strictly. The trainec should wear the mask &
maintain social distancing during their entire period of training and they will not be allowed to enter
the sub-station
premises/ place of training without wearing mask.Trainees should be released in the
afternoon as per date mentioned in the annexed list.
13. Training Certificates should be collected within three months of
completion of training from
Corporate (HR&A) Department, Vidyut Bhavan,8th Floor,'D Block.
