Terms and conditions:

1. Payments
*50% -advance payment
*45% - progress payment
*5 % - after completion

*210 working days from receipt of Order confirmation and advance payment along with the vital
information (approval) from Client.
 3. The above mentioned price is inclusive of supply and installation of the above items only.
4. This is a re-measurable contract as per actual site
quantity.
5. Any changes in size as per the actual site condition we will charge extra.
6. Price quoted is for single order and is locally manufactured.
7. Offer is as per the the given details and drawings. Any changes that will have cost implication, the
same shall be treated as variation, subject to your concurrence and approval.
8. Client will provide free of charge the following:
*Electricity, water, space for dining, safe space for material, tools storage, & gate pass
9. Payment delay shall stop the works and completion period shall be extended accordingly.
10. All approval of materials should be granted before production. Any delay in approval shall extend the
completion period.
11. Offer shall be valid within 7 days from the date of submission.
12. All as per Oman Standard Condition of Contract
Taxes and other statutory fees shall be imposed in compliance to the regulations issued by the Tax
