Quote: $ 3,000 03-02-2021

Time of delivery: 2 weeks from the approval of this proposal, provided all information required.
The starting date of the project depends to the availability of 4G Architecture at the time of
approval of this offer.

Revisions: Client shall send revisions to 4G within 30 days once the work is delivered. Revisions
included in this quote are regarding minor design modifications and only are covered up to 11
hours. No revisions regarding city comments are included in this proposal. This proposal can be
changed if client consider that more or less hours are needed for this purpose. Corrections
regarding 4G´s mistakes will not be charged. Client has until 45 days from day of submittal to
request them.

Changes and additions: Changes and/or additions, would be quoted separately.

Terms and Conditions:

 4G shall invoice monthly according to the progress of the project up to 100%.
 Payments should be made within 30 days of invoice date.
 4G Architecture is not responsible for the revision and confirmation of the quantities of
materials.
 4G Architecture will deliver the above mentioned information in RVT, DWG, MAX, JPG or PDF
format on magnetic medium, either through CD or email as requested by the Client.
 No kind of project administration is contemplated in this proposal.
 Should the project be abandoned or delayed, the client will be invoced for the work done at
that time.

Accountability:
4G's work is intended to supply the technical drawing capacity that its client may require at the
draftsman or detailers level and to complement a work team with the client´s PM who should be
the immediate quality screening of 4G´s drawings; therefore the client is responsible for the
quality and assertiveness of the final information that is taken from 4G drawings for construction,
manufacturing and/or installation purposes. 4G is obliged to correct as quickly as possible any
error made by 4G that is identified by its client and announced in a timely manner.
