Pipe Bridge 01 (Area 3) and Pipe Bridge 02 (Area 5) at BLNG project

General Application:

1. Applied using the wet method, with a worm gear / spraycrete

machine. To be able to carry out the application, a wire mesh will be
installed around the steel.
2. Check that the surface is free of oil, grease, dust or any other
substance that could prevent the correct adherence of the system.
3. Mortar will be sprayed in one or more layers, not exceeding 12.5
mm for the first layer. The time between layers should be between 
1-2 hours and should not exceed 24 hours.
4. Proposal does not include the primer coating and blasting of the steel
structure.

a. Proposal is in Philippine Peso and Inclusive of VAT.

b. Completion of works: Within 45 to 60 days form receipt of P.O. and 30% Down Payment.
Availability of items may depend on stocks of manufacturer / suppliers.
c. Payment Terms: 30% Down Payment and Progress Billing of 60%, 90% and 10% after completion of works.
d. Price Validity: Thirty (30) Days
