Arranging for Society Permission if required for any work is not in our scope and must be arranged by
Client.

Terms & Conditions :

 Rate offered is valid for a period of 30 days from date of quote. Includes Material, Consumables,
Transport & Labour cost.
 Defects noted on area outside scope of work will be repaired at applicable additional cost.
 Painting work will not be carried out during rains/monsoon season for technical reason.
 Fuel, Electricity, Water consumed during the working period is at Client’s expense.

PAYMENT TERMS:
 50% advance payment to be made at the time of confirmation. Confirmation to be made 3-5
days prior to commencement of work.
 25% payment to be made at 50% completion of job.
 Remaining 25% to be paid at the time of work completion.

Visual Site Inspection carried out for “Sun Safal Co-op Housing Society” and following defects were
noted:

Observations :
1. Leakage from First floor toilet pipe near building main gate.
2. Noted New vertical settlement cracks more than 2 mm in width.
3. Superstructure external crack filling has been previously carried out by 3rd party, noted hairline
cracks on same due to “shrinkage effect of cement” as paint has directly been applied over crack
filling material which was used.
4. Hairline cracks noted on superstructure terrace parapet wall, but that is not of major concern as
terrace has been covered by PVC shed to avoid direct impact of sun and rain on the superstructure.

Recommendation :
1. New cracks which are more than 2mm. In width to be filled in with cementitious waterproof
material followed by elastomeric top coat to avoid any future cracks and finally colour matching.
2. Hairline cracks on previous crack filling job to be coated with elastomeric coating and matched
with building paint colour.
