Project: Quotation of GRC Cladding for your project at Parsi Dairy Farm, Marine Line, Mumbai.

Dear Mrs. Vandana,

We sincerely thank you for forwarding us the above enquiry and are pleased to submit our detailed quotation as below.

Specifications of GRC material:

1. Basic ingredients for GRC are white cement, quartz sand and imported alkali resistant glass fibres.
2. The size of the GRC product will be as per the drawing with minimum thickness 20 mm and maximum
thickness to be 55 mm.
3. Finish: White cast to take paint by other.
4. Hardware: Non branded SS 316 Anchor fasteners, MS Hot Dipped Galvanized cleat, SS 316 nut and bolts
and SS 316 nylon anchor fasteners.
5. Joints: Filled with paintable PU sealants or dry GRC mix to take paint (Crack formation between GRC to GRC
Panel and cement plaster to GRC Panel are unavoidable) *

Terms & Condition:

1. Quotation is unit area for the total item order, change in design, sizes and quantity will require re-pricing
2. Quotation is based on the set of drawing (Plan & Elevations) received from Architects office.
3. Any item not covered in the above quotation will cost extra.
4. Erected scaffolding, electricity, water labour accommodation to be provided by the Owner/Client free of cost at
the site of installation.
5. Installation team will be accommodated on site or in labour camp, to be provided by the Owner/Client.
6. Quotation is valid for the period of 15 days due to constant increase in the raw material cost.

Payment Terms:

1. 10% of the contract value on acceptance of this quotation to start shop drawing development.
2. 15% of the contract value on approval of the drawing and pattern & mould prior to start production.
3. 50% as per the pro-forma invoice for the material ready prior to dispatch after inspection ay factory.
4. 25% on the installation work on site as per the RA Bill.
