REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR

CONSTRUCTION OF WALL

Date: April 04, 2020

Apple Corps intends to offer a lump sum price contract for the construction of a wall on an
existing building at the 56 stone henge crescent. The award of the contract is contingent upon
the availability of funds and receipt of all approvals.

Interested candidate should submit a quote for the services, as shown in this proposal.

A meeting for the site visit will be held on April 10 th,2020, at11:00 A.M. Interested candidate
should reply and confirm with Apple corps at applecorps98@gmail.com submission of quotes
are due to the following address by 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2020. Quotes will not be accepted
after deadline.

A. Price/Period of Performance:
Supplies or Equipment
Period of performance: not more than 3 month or on alternate time schedule given by the
contractor.

Supplier Unit Quotes shall be a Firm Lump sum, and inclusive of any administrative or overhead
costs.

B. Statement of Work/Specifications

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION

A. Build a wall around property.
 Following re the dimension of wall: -.

i) South east side 40 meter

ii) North east side 45 meter
iii) South 60meter

 iv) West side 70 meter
v) The height of the wall should be 3.0 meters from the ground level.
vi) Steel grill flush gate 1200 mm X 2000 mm and a metal gate 4 meters high and
6 meters wide.
vii) All side of the walls must be plastered and painted with white lime.
viii) The size of the one masonry block used must be 6 inches thick.
ix) Backfilling will be required on the east side of the wall.

B. Removal of debris and cleaning.

All construction materials and equipment must be removed from the site after use by the
contractor at no cost to Apple corps.

Please refer to the specifications above for the construction of a fence.

E. Acceptance Criteria
Acceptance of all work under a completed contract will be done by the Apple Corps Contracting
designer.

F. Contract Terms and Conditions

As stated in the standard Apple Corps Firm lupm sum Price Construction contract.

G. Payment Schedule and Terms

Supplier will receive payment approximately After 4 weeks of acceptance and receipt of
accurate invoice. The payment will be made via online transaction or cheque to the bank

account provided by the supplier. Payment will be made based on percentage substantial
performace of work. No advance payment will be made.if contractor fails to meet the deadline
stated on the contract a penalty charges will be added.

H. Evaluation Factors

All responsive citations received by the due date/time will be reviewed by the factors listed
below:

Technical Evaluation – The local government will evaluate the technical proposal on the
following factors.

1. Time require for delivery and Project Schedule ( 6points)

2. Warranties offered (5 points)
3. Other Factors (15 points) e.g., the quality of materials provided.
4. Previous Work/Past Performance References (20 points) – Those vendors who have
completed similar projects with high customer satisfaction will be considered first.

Price Evaluation
The price will be evaluated, but the award may be made to other than the low priced quote.
The award will be made to the total quote that offers the best value to the Apple Corps by the
above evaluation factors.

The quote should include the following :

1) Detailed Cost Estimate with total lump sum price

2) Proposed project schedule and planned completion dates. Specify the materials to be
used, the size of the construction team to be involved.
3) A list of past performance references for successful completed projects.
4) The quoted terms and prices cannot be increased at a later time.
