6. The tenders shall be submitted in the following manner and shall contain details /
Documents listed below.

6.1 The following Annexes to be submitted along with Tender by Soft copy.

I. List of similar work carried out by the tenderer on his letterhead during the last
five years with names and addresses and contact details of the customers.

II. Exceptions and deviations which tenderer may desire to stipulate. (Tenderer are
advised to submit the tenders based strictly on the Conditions of Contract and
specifications contained in the tender documents and not to stipulate any
deviations should it. However, become unavoidable, deviations may be
stipulated. The owners reserve the right to reject such deviations or evaluate the
tenderer containing deviations having financial implication, by adding the cost for
such deviations as may be determined by the owners.)

7. Acceptance of the tender will rest with the Owner / Owner Authorized Representative
who reserves full the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any
reasons.

8. All the rates mentioned in the tender are inclusive of cost of all materials,
Labor, tools and tackles, taxes, duties, etc. loading/ unloading, transportation,
Storage, scaffolding, plant and machinery for construction work, and also your
Overheads, profits, insurances etc. as required to complete the works to the
Full extent of specifications, drawings and instructions of the Consultants and Client /
Consultant satisfaction no escalation in price will be payable for whatsoever reasons.

9. This tender notice shall form part of the Contract.
