Fabrication, Installation, Protection, Cleaning & Handover of ACP Cladding System comprises of 4mm Thk. FR
Grade 4mm thick. Cladding of approved color Finish & Coating of approved by Client / Architect make
including all necessary frame work all in line with Tendre Drawing.The ACP Panel shall be Supported on
A.1 Aluminum Tube thickness 2mm Framing with Aluminum Cleat, the System shall be Hold by hot dip Galvanized Sq.mtr. 582.00
up to 80 micron thick M.S. brackets with Grade 316 SS Fasteners, SS bolts and nuts complete with all other
necessary accessories. The Bracket support shall be designed to accommodate 3 Dimensional movement for
achieving perfect verticality and proper fixing of ACP Cladding.

The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 1.3 KPa as per IS 875 part 3 at all levels,
elevations and heights.
The extruded aluminium sections shall be of 6063 T6 alloy or BSH9 Conforming to IS- 63400.

The fastening materials like Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Rivets, washers, clamps, straps etc along with all consumables
and accessories required for fixing the FR Grade ACP cladding system shall be of stainless steel 316 grade and
corrosion resistant of approved make as per architects/Consultants Specification.
Exterior perimeter sealants (DC 991) & Backer Rod at the junctions of adjacent materials to the ACP cladding.

The quote rate shall include all Scaffolding and statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per client.

Quote rate include Aluminium Composite Panel shall be of approved makes & made out of 4mm thk. Aluminium
composite panel comprising of Aluminium Skin of Min. 0.5mm (Alloy Grade AA3105) with KYNAR 500/Hylar
5000 PVDF based fluorocarbon / FEVE Lumiflon paint based fluro-polymer resin/Exterior Grade Lead free
Coating on Top Face Compliance to AAMA 2605 of approved finish + 3mm thk. noncombustible mineral based Sq.mtr. 582.00
polymer core compliance to Class "0" As per BS 476 & 2 hrs Fire Resistance as per ASTM E119 & NBC Guidlines
2016 + 0.5mm aluminium skin with service coat on Bottom face. Overall weight of the ACP shall not be less
than 7.0 kg per sq.mtr. Shade as approved by Client / Architect.

General Notes :
1 The System should be designed to resist wind pressure 1.3 KPA as per IS codes and also to accommodate the building movements.
2 All Structural Member Aluminum extrusions thickness shall not less than 2 mm & Shall be confirming to Alloy 6063-T6.
3 All the exposed aluminum section, Out side Flashings, Fins, Louvers shall be Powder Coating.
4 Non-exposed aluminum shall be chromotized.
5 All bolts, nuts and washers, screws used shall be only stainless steel of 304 grade & All Anchor used shall be only stainless steel of 316 grade Hilti.
6 The quote Includes interface details such as flashing, sealants, extruded capping(if required), insulations (if required), brackets and anchors fasteners as required.

7 Quantity mentioned in this B.O.Q are Approximate quantities where we suggest Façade contractor/Fabricator/Sub - Contractor to Verify all the quantities as per site conditions, Drawings and Schedule of work.

Bill of Quantity description is indicative the Façade Contractor/Fabricator/Sub-Contractor shall be responsible to read the bill of quantity in conjecture with the Technical Specification, Tender drawings, Architectural

drawings or other related contract.
9 Any Addition / Modification / Revision in Cladding areas decided on site / as per site condition shall have Cost impact and same to be approve / Intimate to Façade Consultant.
10 Test Certificates and Quality Certificate for all Façade Item (Alum. Section, Glass, Silicone, Hardware, ACP Etc.) must be Provided by Fabricators before start the installation or fabrication.
11 System Dwgs, Shop Dwgs and Structural Calculations shall be approved by Architect and Façade Consultant (RSM DESIGN Solutions).
12 Anchor bolt pull out test has to be carried out on site before starting the installation.
13 The processing unit of the glass processor will be inspected by the client/ façade consultant before starting the work.
14 Contractor shall provide back to back guarantee on all the accessories used in the system.
15 Basic Rates of materials to be shown in covering letter while submitting Tender.
16 All the Glasses and alum. Section Shall be brought on the site with Proper covering, outer face with Protective film and same to be removed after the completion of work with proper clearing.
17 Certification will be based on actual measurement at site. Any variation has to be approved by the façade consultant.
18 Contractors has to carry on site water test as per IS code.
