SITC of 5TR ductable split AC machines at Nabanna Press Corner room (Room No. 103 & 104)
along with temporary AC support for the same rooms under NESD, PWD.

Report:
This estimate has been framed to meet up the probable cost of expenditure for the above named
work. The press corner room (Room No. 103 & 104) is use for press meet, celebration of State
ceremonies, video conferencing etc. The size of the room is 23.4Mtr X 5.4Mtr. At present, this room
have only two numbers 8.5Tr ductable split air condition machine. The existing AC machines
performance become detoriated than earlir days and occurance of fault rises frequently. Therefore,
according to the present condition and importance of rooms, this estimate has been framed for sixty
percent standby Air Condition fecilities on existing installed Air condition capacity. During this
construction work, here have consider temporary air condition fecilities to support different official
activities around the clock along with existing installed AC machines. Hence, this estimate has
been framed and forwarded to your for your approval plaese.
