Rebaring : Introducing new reinforcement bars for

per drawings and as per manufacturer
specification, fixing the reinforcement in position
7 using Hilti HY-500 / FISV 360S chemical or
equivalent (Rate shall include cost of labour, T & P
for power drilling in concrete, epoxy cartridges,
plastic nozzle etc complete including cleaning the
drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air. (The cost
of reinforcement shall be payable separately)

B Carbon Wrapping Work (FRP)

Carbon Fiber Wrapping (Single Layer) :
Providing & applying carbon Fiber 430GSM
reinforcement system over existing surface with
the following applications 1. Grinding the surface if
required repair the surface using the polymer
modified mortar (PMM) application 2. Application
of epoxy primer Masterbrace 3500. 3. Application
of epoxy adhesive Masterbrace 4500 4.
Application of Single layer of Carbon fiber Master
brace Fib 230/400 430GSM as per the direction of
1 structural engineer/consultant in accordance with Sqm 5.50 5000 27 500
manufacture's specifications including application
of laminating roller until the resin is squeezed out
between the ravings 5. Application of second coat
of epoxy adhesive Masterbrace 4500. The rates
shall include final application of bond coat with 6
mm down aggregate and sprinkling as to receive
the protective plaster. (Overlap of carbon fiber
sheet shall be measured for payment) (Material
Make BASF/SIKA)

Nozzle Fixing:
Drilling holes inside the damaged or honeycombed
concrete are at spacing mentioned in drawing or
as per guidance of E.I.C. Cleaning the holes by air
blower or jet of water.Insert NRV (12mm) nipples
2 into pre-drilled holes and sealing peripherally with Nos 1 80 80
polimer modified mortar and after execution cut
the nozzzle by cut of wheel after completion of
grouting without structural elements and its repair
complete in all respects as per the instruction of
Engineer in charge.
