Carefully removing existing damaged loose and disintegrated concrete of R.C.C. members at
all heights, levels and surfaces at any thickness & carting away debris to all leads & lifts all

nets etc. which are required.

2 INJECTION GROUTING FOR CONCRETE
Epoxy Resin Grout (Non Shrink Free flow low viscosity solvent free epoxy grouting requ
ired) or (High Molecular Thermoset Polymer Grouting)
Providing and injecting low viscosity Solvent free epoxy of MYK Arment ArmGrout inject
EP-LV & equivalent in the ratio of resin and hardener by grouting pump at a pressure @ 3-6
Kg/cm2 or as instructed by EIC etc complete.
After grouting is completed after 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-
modified mortor of MYK Arment Rearm Fis 10 S & equivalent as per specifications given
above.
Approximate No. of Nozzles. Considering 600 x 600 mm grid at honeycomb area and 150
mm c/c along the crack.(depth of drilling should be 200 mm)

3 EXTERNAL CRACK FILLING
Damaged Concrete Cracks
Open the cracks into "V" groove using proper mechanical tools. Ensure that the adjoining
good cover is not disturbed and damaged. Clean and moisten the groove. Providing and
applying Epoxy + silica sand 1:2 proportion mortar of MYK Arment Rearm Eposy USM &
equivalent. In the groove and finish at all heights, level and surface etc. complete. After 24
hours inspected and if required provide another leveling course over the same. The rate to
exclude for erecting necessary scaffolding, etc. all complete as per the satisfaction of the EIC

4 PROVIDING AND FIXING CHEMICAL REBARS
Providing and fixing chemical rebars shear connectors as per drawing and at all heights as per
EIC. using epoxy grout made with Epoxy resin and silica filler of MYK Arment ArmGrout

5 CLEANING OF EXISTING REINFORCEMENT


Cleaning of existing reinforcement with wire brush and applying rust convertor of MYK
Arment Rearm Rust C & equivalent before doing micro concrete repair and polymer repair to
damage concrete of R.C.C. members along with bond coat. The rate excluding scaffolding/
working platform/safety nets etc. which are required.

6 NEW REINFORCEMENT
Providing and fixing new reinforcement in position mild / tor steel reinforcement wherever
required The rate to include for cutting, hooking, cranking, placing in position and binding
with 18 SWG wire, complete. The rate to also include cost of binding wire, which will not be
measured. The reinforcement welded with existing reinforcement up to lap length as per
existing diameter of reinforcement. The existing bar must be clean as per specification.After
cleaning all the reinforcement should be coated with MYK Arment FloArm Zinc ZP &
equivalent. The rate excluding scaffolding/ working platform/safety nets etc. which are
required.

7 MICRO CONCRETE
A- Providing and applying 50/100/150 mm. micro concrete of MYK Arment Rearm Crete
MC / Keto construction chemicals micro concrete or equivalent as per specification at all
heights to R.C.C. walls, slabs and column etc. including centering required for micro concrete
pin anchor bolt , anchor fastener, including curing etc. complete. (Addition upto 30% of
aggregate is permitted as per site condition.)

8 POLYMER REPAIRS TO DAMAGED CONCRETE
Removing loose concrete
Cleaning the rebars with rust converter of MYK Arment Rearm Rust C & equivalent.
Cleaning the concrete with compressed air.
Applying two coats of Steel Protective Coating to the rebars of MYK Arment FloArm Zinc
ZP & equivalent. Applying bond coat of MYK Arment Rearm Bond AR & equivalent
Bonding Agent to the concrete and steel surface.
Applying MYK Arment ReArm Crete RMHS & equivalent Polymer modified cement mortar
to patch up the damaged concrete section in planks of 25 mm thickness. Curing the repaired
surface for 3 days

9 Providing and applying old & new epoxy bonding agent MYK Arment ReArm Bond
EBA & equiavlent to old concrete surface by mixing resin and hardener in the
ratio 1:0:5 or(SBR 1:1 OPC + MYK Arment Rearm Bond SBR 45 & equivalent as per
recommendation by manufacture. The rate excluding scaffolding/ working platform/safety
nets etc. which are required.

10 CONCRETE – JACKETING WORK
10.a Providing and Casting M 40 (as per drawing) Concrete with super plasticizers
(FOSROC,BASF or equivalent) for Jacketing, for treatment to the damaged RCC members.
The rate shall include for providing and applying bonding coat by mixing Resin and Hardener
in the ratio 1:0:5, to surface of necessary watertight shuttering, placing & curing, providing
and fixing shear keys as per specification. all complete as per the satisfaction of the EIC.
For other structural members provide necessary and approved pouring inlets. Curing for
–“Concrete” should start within 4 hours of pour and continue for stipulated time.

11 FIXING OF SACRIFICIAL GALVANIC ANODES
Supply and Fixing of Galvanic Corrosion Protection - Sacrificial Anode (MasterProtect
8065CP/8105 CP/ 8165 CP) at 500mm x 500mm grid to main reinforcement as per
specifications. Sacrificial Anodes should have atleast a 5 year track record in India and pass
500 hours salt spray test as per ASTM B418 Type II zinc alloy. 50% increase in efficiency
versus other anodes of similar weight.

12 SCAFFOLDING/WORKING PLATFORM/SAFETY NET
