1. INJECTION GROUTING FOR CONCRETE
Epoxy Resin Grout (Non Shrink Free flow low viscosity solvent free epoxy grouting
required) or (High Molecular Thermo set Polymer Grouting)
Providing and injecting low viscosity Solvent free epoxy. In the ratio of resin and
hardener by grouting pump at a pressure @ 3-6 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by EIC etc
complete. After grouting is completed after 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with
polymer-modified mortor as per specifications given above. Considering 200X200 mm
grid on honeycomb areas and 150 mm C/C along the crack.
2. EXTERNAL CRACKFILLING
Damaged Concrete Cracks
Open the cracks into ‘V’ groove using proper mechanical tools. Ensure that the adjoining
good plaster is not disturbed and damaged. Clean and moisten the groove. Providing
and applying Epoxy + silica sand 1:2 proportion mortar. In the groove and finish at all
heights, level and surface etc. complete. After 24 hours inspected and if required provide
another leveling course over the same.
3. POLYMER REPAIRS TO DAMAGED CONCRETE (HONEYCOMB AREAS)
Removing loose concrete
Cleaning the rebars with rust converter. Cleaning the concrete with compressed air.
Applying two coats of Steel Protective Coating to the rebars.
Applying bond coat of Polymer Modified Bonding Agent to the concrete and steel
surface.
Applying Polymer modified cement mortar to patch up the damaged concrete section in
planks of 25 mm thickness.
Curing the repaired surface for 3 days.
4. REWELDING OF JOINT AND PAINT
Applying epoxy paint as per specifications on all structural steel surfaces. Before
application of epoxy paint the structural steel surface should be properly clean as per
specifications. After cleaning of structural members check welding joints and re-weld
the joint for damage connection plate wherever required.
5. POLY-SULPHIDE SEALANT REPAIR AND WATER PROOFING
Remove loose plaster from brickwork and R.C.C. junction. Clean the crack with wire
brush. Apply bond coat, over the brick work and R. C. C. fill the crack with flexible poly-
sulphide sealant. After completion of work apply water proofing layer over the surface.
BREAKING OF DAMAGED CONCRETE
6. Carefully removing existing damaged loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC columns,
beams slabs, parates, drop pardis, chajja soffits, etc. at all heights, levels and surfaces at
any thickness & carting away debris to all leads & lifts all complete or as directed by the
EIC.

7. Polymer Cement Base Grout.

Providing and injecting Polymer Cement Base Grout in the ratio by grouting pump at a
pressure @ 3-7 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by EIC etc complete. After grouting is
completed after 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-modified mortar as
per specifications given above.
8. Micro Fine Cement Grout
Providing and injecting Micro Fine Cement Grout in the ratio by grouting pump at a
pressure @ 3-7 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by EIC etc complete. After grouting is completed
after 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-modified mortor as per
specifications given above.
9. MICRO CONCRETE
A- Providing and applying 50/100/150 mm. micro concrete as per specification at all
heights to beam, slab and column including centering required for micro concrete pin
anchor bolt , anchor fastener, including curing etc. complete.
10. PROTECTIVE EXTERNAL COATING TO BUILDING
Cleaning the existing concrete surface to make it free from loose paint, dust, oil etc.
Applying one coat of primer to the cleared surface.
Applying one coat of Modified Epoxy Paint to the primed surface.
Applying finish coat of Aliphatic PU Paint to the coated surface. Coating must be U.V.
resistant.
