 Advertisement for Bids

Sealed bid will be available at River Front House 56 Stonehenge crescent Scarborough, Ontario
M1P 3J2 until Afternoon on Monday January 1, 2021 and then open and read aloud publicly for
the requirement of all Resources require to carry out the renovation work in conjunction with
the River Front House. The General contractor of the project is B.G.C consultant.

This project consists of addition to the existing House for approx.300 square feet of new area
and some modification into the house. The approximate estimated cost of this project is 45,000
CAD dollar.

A pre bid meeting will be held at 10 PM sharp on Wednesday 20 December,2020 at owner’s

location.

Bid documents will be available form Monday to Friday at 56 Rushley Drive ON,M1G 2P6
(647)-801-3100.General contractor can obtain up to 3 sets of Bid documents, sub contractor
are only allowed to get one set of Document upon receipt of deposit of 150$ pre set in the form
of check or money order payable to owner. This deposit will be refunded when complete sets
will return with its original condition.

Security deposit will be required in the form of a Bid bond, which is issued by surety company.
The amount of bid bond must be 10% of the total bid sum. All bids shall comply with the
drawing and specification for the project.

The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any offer from bidders on his best interest.
