Terms & Condition:

* Should only part and not all of this quotation be ordered, prices quoted may be subject to recalculation.
* An advance payment equivalent to Ten Percent (10%) paid after issuance of P.O. or NTP prior to any commencement.
Balance shall be paid on monthly progress billing.
* Bank fees; all payments via telegraphic transfer are to have bank fees & charges paid by the sender, including any local fees from our bank.
* Included on the attached price is a "trade clean" (removal of labels, excess sealant and dust/dirt that has accumulated prior to installation)
of all items contained in this quotation scope. A final clean is not included.
* Payment to BLB Corporation for this is not dependent on payments received by our customer from their clients.
* No retention to be withheld.
* Bond's cost is not included in our quoted price.
* Value added tax (VAT) included.
* Supplementary taxes or governmenal charges are not included (specially municipal, barangay, or other goernment taxes, fees etc.)
* A portion within the working area shall be provided free of charge for office and work shed.
* Suitable area shall be made available for delivery, handling and storage of material, tools and equipment.
* Temporary power and water supply shall be provided at no additional cost.
* Tower cranes, fabricated lifter, Scaffolds or gondolas shall be provided free of charge.
* All masonry, chipping, carpentry and demolition works are excluded.
* Our price remains valid for 30 days.
* Hours of work, 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
* Twelve (12) months warranty period included for workmanship only.
* DOM Construction shall not be held liable for any implication due to delays caused by port congestion or conditions manmade or nature
that is beyond our control.
