specification issued by SM Engineering and Development Division.

We / I agrees that this is a closed bid and to be open only by the authorized representative of the Owner.

We / I commit to start and finish the project within 75 days complying to approved construction period
(Schedule subject to change unless otherwise confirmed in the contractor's schedule.)

Terms and conditions:

˃ Terms of Payment: 30% DP, 60% PB, 100%PB (w/ Retention)
˃ Warranty of unit (AC):
˃ One (1) year on compressor (non-inverter) / Five (5) years on compressor (inverter)
˃ Two (2) years on FCU parts
˃ Warranty of Workmanship:
˃ One (1) year for the implemented works (the contractor will rectify all defective works found and free of charge,
within one(1) year starting from the date of completion of store or opening date, whichever comes first).
˃ Inclusive of testing of system & submission of test result.
˃ One (1) year Preventive Maintenance (Quarterly cleaning or as the need arise)
˃ Inclusive of sign and seal for permit application requirements and submission of 10 sets asbuilt plan (blueprint) w/ 3 CDs.
> NO PPE NO Work Policy should be complied with
> Inclusions of expenses in compliance with Covid-19 Safety Guidelines & Preventive Measurements such as disposable masks
(min. reqt of surgical mask) for all workers and disinfectant liquids for site/materials sanitization.
