Notice is hereby given to SADASCA BUILDERS to commence the construction ( from module 1
to module 7b ) of housing units located at Parklane Country Homes Subdivision more specifically defined as follow/s :
TOTAL 548,770.75
As agreed upon completion of the entire work shall be within 90 calendar days from the date indicated on the " date start " of this notice.
Date start : May 15, 2004 Date of completion : August 13, 2004
Failure to complete the work within the agreed time will mean the imposition of the liquidated damages which is equivalent to 1/10 of 1%
of the remaining balance which shall be imposed for every day of delay in the accomplishment of work.
Please find attached a. Subdivision plan indicating awarded units with schedule of construction.

CONTRACTOR'S GUIDELINES

1.5 Workers are not allowed to loiter inside other contractors barracks area without permission from the contractor
concerned.
1.6 The use of water and electric facilities for barracks area will be charged to the contractors. Water and electric bills must
be paid on time otherwise corresponding penalty will be imposed.
2.4 Hiring of workers from other contractor's is not allowed unless with proper clearance from the contractor concerned.
2.5 Safety of workers within the construction area will be the responsibility of the contractors.
2.6 Contractors must advise their workers to follow the curfew hours being implemented by the local government . Any
violation committed by workers will be the responsibility of the contractors.
2.7 Agents, Buyers, and outsiders must not be allowed to enter the construction area without the clearance from the
Works Engr. or the PMO. Contractors / Workers are not allowed to deal directly with the buyers without
clearance from PROMINENCE officer . All buyers querries and complaint must be referred to theWorks Engr or to
the PMO.
2.8 The use of electric facilities for construction will be paid by the contractors. Electric bill payment receipt must be attached
to the request for billing to be submitted to the Works Engr. Charges due to the illegal connection made by
the contractor or his employee / workers will be charged to the contractor.
2.9 Water facilities ;
2.9.1 The use of water for construction purposes will be paid by the contractors. Water bill payments receipt
must be attached to the request for billing to be submitted to the Works Engineer.
2.9.2 Water meter assembly will be issued by the Works Engr. and will be installed in the designated locations
by the contractors. Contractors must provide the 3/4" dia union patente for the connection of water
meter to the water main.
2.9.3 No transfer of water meter will be allowed without the approval of the Works Engr.
2.9.4 Water meter must be surrendered to the field office ,c/o Works Engr, by the contractors to terminate the
monthly billing. All water meter still in the possession of the contractor whether connected or
disconnected from the water main will be considered active and will be subjected to the minimum
monthly billing.
2.9.5 Damaged or lost water meter assembly will be charged to the contractors.
2.9.6 Charges due to Illegal connection will be charged to the contractors.
2.10 In cases where the contractor / workers will render overtime works, Request for overtime must be submitted to the housing
works Engr one day prior to the overtime works. Request for overtime must include the location and the name of
the workers for monitoring of the Security guard on duty.
2.11 Contractor's / Foreman are required to submit to the Works Engr a "DAILY MANPOWER LOADING REPORT"
on a per unit basis for monitoring purposes.
2.12 All materials that must be used in house construction must be the same materials considered in the estimate or specified in

2.13 No workers are allowed to enter the construction area under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2.14 Vandalism of management property is prohibited
2.15 Improper disposal of collected garbages (every Thursday pick up of garbages at designated area only)
2.16 Damaging of property by the contractor during the delivery of materials is prohibited.
3.0 PENALTY
ALL THE RULES AND REGULATION MUST BE OBEY IF ANYONE WHO DID NOT COMPLY WILL BE PENALIZE.
