SUBJECT: TRUSS AND ROOF LABOR AND MATERIALS QUOTATION

In connection with the TRUSS AND ROOF LABOR AND MATERIALS QUOTATION of Aviation
Concepts Technical Service Facility structure located at SUBIC BAY AIRPORT, we are pleased to
submit our proposal to provide the complete services broken down as follows.

 1.0 TRUSS AND ROOFING LABOR AND MATERIALS QUOTATION

I. TRUSS FRAMING AND ROOFING

i. Mobilization and Demobilization

ii. Fabrication and Installation of Roof Framing Works for BLDG. A&B.
iii. Painting Works for Roof Framing (Applying Epoxy Primer and Topcoat).
iv. Installation of Rib-type Roof Sheet for BLDG A&B.
v. Installation of Gutter and Downspout, End Flashing, and Wall Flashing.
vi. Fabrication and installation of Wall Cladding.
vii. Housekeeping

II. SERVICE FEE

For our Proposed Services mention above, our fee shall be a lump sum amount
equivalent to FIVE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED AND TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP
5,102,000.00) vat exclusive. (See attached detailed estimates below for breakdown.)

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT

i. 30% - Down payment - 7days after receiving of P.O
ii. 65% - Progress Billing
iii. 5% - Retention 3-6months upon turn-over

IV. MODE OF PAYMENT

i. Cash, Check or Bank Transfer
V. COMPLETION TIME
