Subject : Recommendation for Concrete Topping Curing Time

& Methodology for Thin Surface Prepartion

• For Concrete Topping : At least 24 hours CURING TIME before allowing

Foot traffic and before Tile Laying.

• For 3 mm to 12 mm Thick Surface Preparation : NO NEED for concrete

topping or surface preparation. Direct install your tile using ABC Tile
Adhesive with back buttering method.

• Repair of Thin Concrete Topping with “ KAPAK “ : Cut with electric cutting tool
the identified area of detached topping. Clean it properly then repair it with
ABC Tile Adhesive instead of cement mortar. No need to primer the substrate
with zembond or slurry or grouting prior to application of ABC Tile Adhesive as
repair mortar.
