Construction of Three (3) Units of H100 A House Package and Three (3) Units of H150 C

House Package at SEAFRONT RESIDENCES PROJECT located at Brgy. Calubcub II, San

Juan, Batangas.

You are hereby notified to commence work on September 16, 2020 and the duration

set forth in the Contract is within Eight (8) months. Your completion date is therefore on May

2021.
