MAIN REPORT

Brief Introduction of the Project

The project is a construction of a Two-Storey Residential Structure for Engr. Ivy

Sunico that is located on 159 Bankers Village, Bucandala II, Imus, Cavite. The project
has a ground floor area of 143.7 sqm excluding the garage and a second floor of 161.1
sqm for a total area of 308.4 sqm. The residential structure have 3 bedrooms and one
master bedroom on the second floor. Also, it has 3 lavatories wherein one of those is
inside the master’s bedroom, a foyer, and a bar in the kitchen area. The design must
look like a modern house and intends to provide a home for the owner that will
accommodate their daily needs, security, comfort, and hygiene. Furthermore, the
project also intends to be backyard and garden ready according to the owner.

The Approved Budget of the Contract is SIX MILLION TWENTY THOUSAND

TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX AND 97/100 PESOS (6,020,296.97) including all taxes,
permits, licenses, and clearances for the said project. The project will have a duration
of two hundred thirty (230) calendar days.
