John Leo P. Ret from Php 16,000.00 monthly to 18,000.00 monthly. He is currently holding a
position as Officer in Charge of St. Lukes Medical Center- E. Rodriguez. He has worked for the
company for almost two (2) years and showed good morale and working abilities. Mr. Ret on
the other hand is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer that will also be beneficial in the company.
His accomplishment in the company has been an integral part to our success and we deeply
appreciate it.

Engr. Ret’s over-all performance as a Officer in Charge is satisfactory. He managed effectively

and maintained efficient operation as Shift Engineer. He has displayed great work ethics and he
is worthy of a salary increase. We believe that his qualities and ability are essential in building
our team more stronger.

promoting a much deserving individual.
