Be it known that Adoress Farm Training and Assessment Center Incorporated located at
Sitio Binakuran Brgy. Matalatala Mabitac, Laguna is one of your constituents in the 4 th District of
Laguna.

We are writing to formally request consideration for a TESDA training scholarship. We have
recently become aware of the invaluable opportunities offered by TESDA. We are highly motivated
to pursue training in Organic Agriculture Production NC II, Rice Machinery Operations NC II
and Agricultural Crops Production NC II . We believe that the knowledge and skills that the
trainees would acquire through this training will not only benefit them and the school but also
enable them to make a positive impact in their chosen field.

We kindly request the scholarship committee to consider this application and provide the
necessary financial support for this endeavor. We are willing to comply with all the application
requirements and commit to the terms and conditions set by TESDA or the scholarship program.

If there are any additional documents or information required to facilitate this process,
please let us know, and we will promptly provide them. We are also open to an interview or any
further discussions as part of the scholarship application process.
