Warmest greetings from Cabatuan National High School!
This has reference to the approved request letter for our Grade 12-Senior High School to
undergo a Work Immersion for a minimum of 80 hours in your respective office.
In this regard, may we submit to your good office the listing of our Senior High School – Grade
12 students, to undergo an 80-hour WORK IMMERSION in your office to acquire industrial
ORIENTATION. The training period will commence on March 6-17, 2023 and with the
acceptance of the bearer under the terms and condition as stipulated in the duly accomplished
memorandum of agreement to be confirmed later. Moreover, a student evaluation is provided
where a student is assessed on his/her performance, attitude and behavior to be attested by the
supervisor. The Immersion Focal Person/Coordinator and teachers handling each technology
area from our school will visit your company/shop from time to time to find out how the students
perform in the working area.
