NO PROJECT MANAGER AND COMPETENT ENGINEERS ON SITE
This has reference to the ongoing implementation of the above-stated project.

There has not yet been designated either a knowledgeable project manager or competent engineers who were expected to
be on-site each and every day while the building project was being worked forward since November 1, 2022, according to
the inspections that have been done to this point and the information that we have accumulated up to this point. To
guarantee that the project is properly managed on a day-to-day basis, it is important to choose a knowledgeable project
manager who is able to deliver the project in accordance with the plans and specifications that have been allowed.

In spite of the fact that you are to be fined with accumulated liquidated damages, you are being reminded to speed up the
completion of the project.
