According to professional builders, most home improvement tasks will take less time, but others
can take much longer. Consider the chronology. for a smaller house with fewer options and less
sophisticated finishing that has been built previously by Professional builders may take as little as 8 to 12
weeks. However, 6 to 9 months from start to end is most likely a conservative estimate. More realistic
average. A larger house with greater possibilities, on the other hand, bespoke features, better finishing,
and increased owner engagement - particularly if the owner has limited building experience completion
might take 1 1/2 to 2 years. The engineer in charge carefully and methodically operates the tasks done
throughout the building's construction depending on the number of planned days of completion. The
construction process is separated into two major components: paper work and on-site building activity.
Some of the paper work duties do not last more than a day and so constitute a vital component of the
design phase of the desired overview of the residential structure to be built. To finish the paper work
chores in a day or two, the engineer and designer arrange things out in a highly professional manner.
During the building phase, the engineer in charge notices that there are some aspects to consider that
differ between the actual design and what is visible on site, so they proceed with modest alterations while
remaining on track with the plan. The majority of the jobs are completed chronologically, but some are
completed on the same timetable. The engineer in charge also informs us that work is often prolonged
past the typical work interval in order to complete the tasks assigned. The construction of the project
observed started by clearing the obstructions in lot area for the project according to the workers involve
This phase of the project it is estimated to be finished on July 30 2014 by following the construction
schedule provided , following by the stripping of the soil And stock filing for 1 day and started the work for
excavation, and started the construction of the foundation of The building this phase is expected to last for
24 days included in this process the laying out of the footings Wayer proofing and drain tile. The rough
carpentry according to the workers is another long process of work according to them it involves the deck
and wall framing and installation of doors and windows that is planned to be finished 44 days longer than
the first stage of construction they did. After the is stage the next target for construction is the Concrete
slab involving the process of pouring the concrete in the slab forms they created. The plumbing and
electrical rough in stages and roofing are the next target work that is estimated to be finish for 129 days in
total and succeeded by the exterior finishes floor finish and painting of the exterior walls.

It’s extraordinarily important to schedule maintenance for construction equipment, regular

maintenance for construction equipment is important for Safety, Time-saving and efficiency, Records and
insurance. Similar to us humans, construction equipment can also experience fatigue. They are going to get
worn out if they aren’t taken care of from time to time. This is where the concept of regular maintenance
applies, the equipment that construction companies use should frequently be checked for potential
problems. Preventive and routine maintenance maximizes a company’s equipment availability and lowers
overall expenses. It makes equipment safer, extends service longevity and enhances operator confidence.
A proper preventive maintenance program also reduces the chance of costly litigation. Some reasons why
routine and preventive maintenance is so important is for availability, expenses, safety, longevity, and etc.

Health and safety in construction are particularly important because the industry is prone to
hazardous situations and can be dangerous at times. Occupational Safety and Health Administration or
(OSHA) ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers by setting and enforcing standards and by
providing training, outreach, education and assistance which sets and enforces protective workplace safety
and health standards. All personnel are required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment in
line with the building's construction. Laborers who do not follow safety measures are barred from entering
the building site. The engineer in charge carefully enforces these standards. Safety belts, safety shoes,
safety gloves, and safety glasses are examples of personal protection equipment. In addition to providing
the essential PPE and instruction on how to use it properly, employers have a duty to ensure that their
staff members are working in a safe atmosphere. Workers must also assume personal responsibility for
their safety by donning the necessary PPE, according to safety protocols, and reporting any safety concerns
to their employers. Aside from protective equipment, laborers who have a fever or another sickness are
recommended to rest at home for a day until their excitement returns. To finish the job quickly and safely,
a range of tools and equipment were used during the construction process. Excavation was done with a
hoe, bricks were cut with a brick hammer and chisel, and wood was cut with a circular saw. Materials were
transported by dump trucks, and employees were required to wear protective gloves. For installing roofs
and building roof trusses, sledgehammers were also frequently employed. Throughout the process,
measuring tape was used to guarantee precise measurements. A tile cutter was used for tile dry laying and
installation, and a concrete mixer was used for pouring the stairs and ground floor slab.
