The principle of this document is to ensure that all methods of LPG cylinder and Lines for EHD
facility building is detailed and complying with the standards.

5. QUALITY ASSURANCE/ QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Control is a part of Quality Assurance, implements the latter by examining physical
characteristics and comparing them to established and acceptable quality documents as stated in the
quality plan.
Quality will be controlled by MBL in accordance with the approved quality documents.
It is the overall responsibility of MBL to organize resources according to approved Organization
Chart to perform construction activities as per project specification, in compliance with approved
Quality plan and time schedule requirements. In addition to the routine involvement of Safety
Supervisor, Document controller, Equipment Supervisor in all activities, Cracks Treatment Work will
be the responsibility of the following team.
• QC Inspector
• Site Engineer
• Surveyor
• Quality control Manager
QC Inspector should involve strict inspection, monitor and witnessing the activities in accordance
with the procedure and standards, Subcontractor approved procedure as mentioned in the scope of
work.
6. MATERIALS
The following material dismantling are black steel pipes and fittings.
7. SAFETY
Our primary goal to achieve an effective safety and loss prevention program is to protect the life,
health and safety of all personnel and eliminate the possibility of damage to property and equipment.
Management is responsible for the implementation of the company's "safety and loss prevention
Program". It is a corporate commitment that accidents causing injuries to People, damage to property

To achieve these objectives, the following principles and practices will be applied.
• A safe working environment will be achieved by careful design of all facilities and purchase of
reliable equipment and by the elimination of works related to hazards. Where existing hazards
cannot be eliminated, their harmful effects will be minimized through environmental controls,
training in safe work methods, and by providing the reliable personal and protective equipment.
• The Site Engineer shall be responsible to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Safety Officers will be at site at all times to carry out their duties.
• Employees will be continuously trained to develop and acquire the skills required in their Work
• All personnel involved will use necessary PPE as required such as safety helmet, glasses, overall,

As conclusion, MBL ensures that LPG Systems Line for EHD facility building will be conducted as
per project technical specification and standards and that extreme measure of safety will be applied
