Recommended Action or Procedure
1. The crane operator must be oriented prior to enter the site
2. The crane operator must have a SAG heavy equipment driving
license and the operator must be SA certified
3. Make sure that the operator do not use curtain or other similar
material to cover the window
4. The operator must comply with the site speed limits 20km/h
5. The operator must always wear seat belt while driving.
Talking on the cell phone while driving is prohibited.
6. The crane operator must visit the area where he shall drive
through prior to drive the crane.
1. The crane must be inspected by the HSE department prior to
enter the site. In case of any leakage, the crane will not be
allowed to enter, unless the problem is fixed.
2. Spill kit shall be available in order to contain the spillage/
leakage once occurs.
3. The contaminated rags shall be dumped in the hazardeous
waste disposal designated area.
