Steps for Work Completion Area Hazards Actions

 1. To inform the Project Coordinator and the Area Owner before starting the
work.
Negligence To ensure that thes SIPP, PTP authorization and related permi
are completed before job initiation.
To identify the hazards and to capture the hazards in daily
PTP and to explain those hazardous condition to the Project
Coordinator and the Area Owner.

2. To identify the location of work to be done and to highlight the work area Inadequate Work To survey the work site with the Area Owner.
and the related jobs going to be done for the day to the Area Owner. Area Assessment GC EHS site team shall perform Hazard Identification before
start work at the area.

3. To unload the tools, materials and equipments arrived from lorry and to Unauthorized If the unloading task taking a long period workers shall
mobilize in to the working area using trolley and supporting by manpower. Work / Traffic temporarily barricade the unloading spot with safety cone. To
Obstruction have a full time spotter to control the traffic flow if necessary.
Sharp Edges Workers shall wear hand glove to prevent hand cut and injurie
during the mobilization works.
Ergonomics Worker shall perform work with buddy system when lifting th
long materials and ladders.
Security Clearance GC site team needs to inform Intel Security Dept. when
moving 'IN' the materials through emergency doors.

4. To use ‘A’ frame ladder & scaffold to perform work at height.
(if necessary)
5.To mobilize in AHU unit using heavy duty roller & pallet jack.

6.To install AHU unit using manpower, power tools and hand tools.
Faulty Ladders Only inspected and tagged ladders are allowed to use at site.
To comply buddy system and the 3 point contact method whil

Competency To ensure the scaffold been inspected and tag by the
competency scaffolder.

anchorage points) or whenever exceed 6ft of working height.
To secure 100% tie off to solid structure or lifeline.

To strap the tools on approved strapping mechanism while
working in the elevated area.
To not allow the tools or material to be stored in the elevated
area.
Ergonomic To have sufficient manpower while perform loading works. To
