STAIR NOSING
This refers to the continuing implementation of the aforementioned project. You are advised to
take appropriate and prompt action based on the actual findings at the location.

The broken stair nosing at Gridline A-B-5-6, 2nd Floor (see photo "A") drew our a
d u r i n g t h e a c t u a l i n s p e c t i o n d a t e d J a n u a r y 4 , 2 0 2 3 ( We d n e s d a y ) s i n c e i t w a s i n s t a l l e d a
weeks earlier but subsequently became damaged or detached even if it is not used f
same stair-nosing material is used on all staircases, although the materials were not approved
by the City Engineer's Office.

Please provide the required documents for this item's approval as well as all other mater
that were not permitted but were placed on site.

Furthermore, we constantly remind you that before installing the materials, you must acquire
approval from the LGU - City Engineers Office, Quality Control Division.
