OPERATING/WORKING
PROCEDURE
A. Roughing installation of pipes/wire ways

1. Preparation

 Check if the pipes/wire ways received at site coincides with notice


to deliver.
 All materials delivered at site must have Material Delivery
Inspection form.
 Provide all the tools/equipments/consumable items necessary for
roughing installation.
 SAFETY ALWAYS! Wear complete PPE’s.

2. Execution
 Make sure that plans/drawings are “APPROVED for
CONSTRUCTION PLANS” or if there is a revision check if it’s the
latest & approved plans/drawings.
 Provide work activity permit prior to start the activity.
 Make reference marking based on the plans/drawings.
 Install the pipe/wire ways as shown in the approved
plans/drawings, approved working methodology and is based on
the latest edition of “PHILIPPINE ELECTRICAL CODE”.

3. Inspection
 Request for survey report.
 Request for an inspection in advance as per approved Project
Quality Plan. Any comment or minor changes have to be
fulfilled & re-inspection must be carried out to satisfy the
design & consultant’s requirements.
 Provide necessary checklist attach on request for inspection.
