Worley is currently bidding for a new program management consultant (PMC) based in Kuwait
for a new Solar PV Project about 100 km outside Kuwait City and is expected to be 30 months
duration. We are currently looking for expressions of interest from different positions listed
below, to support this project.

In case Worley is awarded, we will have a requirement for the positions to star by
September/October 2019. To be considered for this role, we require candidates who possess
Solar Photovoltaic experience.

Designation: PMC Project Manager

Education Qualification: B.S / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical
Minimum Industrial Work Experience25 years
Experience in Similar Position: 5 years
Special Requirement: Experience with at least 3 Solar PV Projects out of which 1 Solar Project
greater than 50 MW capacity

Designation: Engineering Coordinator (Sr/Ld. Engineer)

Education Qualification: B.S in Engineering (preferably in Electrical)
Minimum Industrial Work Experience: 15 yrs minimum industrial work experience
Experience in Similar Position: 5 yrs experience in similar positions
Special Requirement: Experience with at least 2 Solar PV Projects

Designation: Electrical Design Engineer with Solar Specialisation

Education Qualification: B.S in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Industrial Work Experience: 12 yrs
Experience in Similar Position: 5 yrs
Special Requirement:
1) Experience with at least 2 Solar Projects out of which 1 Solar Project greater than 50 MW
capacity.
2) Experience in 400 Kv Over Head Lines.
3) Experience in 400/132/33/11 Switchgear
Designation: Planning and Costing Engineer
Education Qualification: B.S in Engineering
Minimum Industrial Work Experience: 12 yrs minimum industrial work experience
Experience in Similar Position: 5 yrs
Special Requirement: Experience in PMC / EPC organizations in the respective discipline, in
major projects of value not less than US $ 500 Million each.

Designation: Procurement and Contracts Engineer

Education Qualification: B.S in Engineering
Minimum Industrial Work Experience: 12 yrs minimum industrial work experience
Experience in Similar Position: 5 yrs
Special Requirement: Experience in PMC / EPC organizations in the respective discipline, in
major projects of value not less than US $ 500 Million each.

Designation: Construction Coordinator (Sr/Ld Engineer)

Education Qualification: B.S in Engineering (preferably in Electrical)
Minimum Industrial Work Experience: 15 yrs minimum industrial work experience
Experience in Similar Position: 5 yrs
Special Requirement: Experience with at least 2 Solar PV Projects

Language skills:
Spanish as a mother language or good level of Spanish.
English is a must to collaborate with our international colleagues, clients and subcontractors on a
daily basis.
French is an advantage and other languages will be a plus.
