We require suitable candidates having good experience in Project Management / Construction

Management / Construction Supervision of Building works, Steel Structures, High Rise Buildings,
Sports Facilities and Fit-out Works for our Project Management Department. The candidate should
have experience of working for renowned Engineering Consultants and should preferably be
accredited by Engineers Accrediting & Classifying Committee (Urban Planning & Development
Authority) for respective trade of works.
1. JOB001: SR. PLANNING ENGINEER
Graduate of Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in Planning and Scheduling of
Projects using latest Primavera Contracts Management / Primavera P6 v8.3 applications. The
candidate preferably should have minimum 3 years GCC experience on above QAR400M project
cost in GCC.
2. JOB002: SR. CONTRACTS MANAGER
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from an accredited University. With minimum 15 years
pre and post-contract experience, minimum 3 years work experience in GCC and/or internationally
renowned company. Preference will be given to RICS and CIArb certified candidates.
3. JOB003: SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER / MECHANICAL ENGINEER / INSPECTORS
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15/12/8 years of post qualification Project
Management experience & preferably with minimum 2 years GCC experience. Valid accreditation
from UPDA will be given preference. For Sr. Mechanical, extensive experience for Fire Fighting
works will be given preference.
4. JOB004: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS / INSPECTORS
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 12/8 years of post qualification Project
Management experience & preferably with minimum 2 years GCC experience. Valid accreditation
from UPDA will be given preference.
5. JOB005: SITE ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTORS
Graduate in Architecture with minimum 12/8 years of post qualification Project Management
experience & preferably with minimum 2 years GCC experience. Valid accreditation from UPDA
will be given preference.
6. JOB006: SR. CIVIL ENGINEERS / CIVIL ENGINEERS / INSPECTORS
Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 15/12/8 years of post qualification Project
Management experience & preferably with minimum 3 years GCC experience. Valid accreditation
from UPDA will be given preference.
7. JOB007: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Degree in relevant field or equivalent qualification from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years
relevant graduate experience with at least 2 years work experience in GCC.
