CONSTRUCTION METHOD

Upon receipt of the “NOTICE TO PROCEED”, mobilize all the equipment and materials as well as our
personnel. Construct a temporary bunkhouse to store our materials and equipment as well as our personnel,
advice the proponents to construct a temporary facility for the field Engineers from the Implementing office.

Clearing and Grubbing. Clear all obstruction such as clearing away the vegetation and surface soil of the
construction site before proceeding to lay-out the said project and installing all scaffoldings and fixes all brace.

Lay-out, the said project as per plans and specification with the representative from the grantee and from the
implementing agency. All laboratory test must be base from standard of Department of Public Works and
Highways.

Excavation as to plans and specification simultaneously fabrication of forms and re-bars must be calibrated
from the assign Site Engineer from the implementing agency.

Reinforcement works, all reinforcement shall be supported and fastened before concrete is placed and at
reinforcement yard must wear PPE’s. Specified in the plans and specification that all bend bars must be in
standard base in the Public Works and Highways all welded portions must be in fully welded use Fuji welding
rod all samples are taken from the jobsite.

Concrete works must be in 3,000 psi standard specification use standard cement in pouring of concrete and
design mix in mixture all sample are taken from the jobsite.

All materials must be specified from the plans and specification all pay item must be certified by resident
engineer assign in the jobsite.
After the entire item accomplish request final inspection and final acceptance post surety bond in order to
quarantee the work done.
