In relation with the above mentioned project, main concerns are listed below which were
tackled during the meeting last Saturday (October 4, 2019).

1. Temporary fence minimum of 2.5m (H) for security purposes,

Note: TSD requested a setback of 0.5m from property line (Subdivision side) to
give way for the construction of permanent fence, and will be removed 2 months from
Day 1 of the project.

2. Notice Letter for concrete pouring schedule must be sent to the neighbors thru
subdivision’s admin office prior to the pouring date.

3. Worker’s orientation of rules and regulation of the company including the neighbor’s
concern such as the following:

a. Waste management strategy.

b. Disturbing activities must be restricted during night time.

4. Activities every Sunday must be minimal.
