    We are pleased to submit to you our quotation for the above-mentioned subject with terms and
    conditions indicated herein as follows:

    Scope of Work:
    a. Mobilization.
    b. Preparation of the working area and purchasing sacks for the debris.
    c. Barricade the area with blue sheet.
    d. Preparation of ventilation with duct for the area.
    e. Chipping / demolition works for the designated slab / canopy.
    f. Cutting the deformed bars that will appear to the walls.
    g. Putting all debris into sacks.
    h. Hauling the Debris to basement area.
    i. Concrete plastering for the damaged area.
    j. Skim coating for the damaged area.
    k. Sanding the walls for preparation to paint.
    l. Painting works for primer white latex.
    m. Painting works for semi-gloss first to third coating paint.
    n. De-mobilization.

    EXCLUDED WORKS:
    The following are not included in the above cost as follows;
    1. All not found on above references are not included.
    2. Disposal of debris.
    3. Government fees, Plans and Permits.
    4. Rapid Testing of workers and personnel.
    5. Disinfection of the area.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Payment Terms : 50% Down payment and 50% progress billing

    Quotation Validity : Thirty (30) days.
