Good day!

HLJ CONSTRUCTION AND ENTERPRISE would like to request a “____ day-Work Suspension
Order”starting _______________________to cope up with the remaining activities of CONCRETING OF
CROSSING UNGGOY – SITIO MAINIT ROAD, BRGY. SAN ISIDRO , TOBOSO NEG.OCC. We would like to
apologize for the unwanted delays of the said project, knowing that as a contractor our duty is to keep
track the work flow and schedule as reference to our Pert-Cpm. However, as much as we would want to
there are some factors that technically affect our construction. We had a RIGHT OF WAY (ROW) problem
on the said site that prohibited us, as the contractor from performing work in accordance with the
approved construction schedule.

Time is of the essence, and we fully understand that we need to take an urgent action, additional
manpower and resources to hit the target plan.

We are humbly looking forward for your positive response with regards to this matter.
