Subject: Drainage Shop Drawings of LOT 5

Dear Sirs,

In accordance to the original design data provided, we have prepared and

submitted LHS and RHS drainage shop drawings, Manhole, Cut-off ditch and
Pipe detail drawings of LOT 5of the referenced project.

It is known that LOT 5 has drainage pipe with diameters 1150. However, the
drainage pipe which CRBC currently use in all projects has diameters of 750,
850 and 1000mm diameters. We have enough formwork for 1000mm
diameter pipe and it is also much quicker for installation on site than 1150.

Hence we kindly request you to re-check the hydraulics of the site so that we
can use the available materials CRBC have; without affecting the storm
capacity of the vicinity. We also did prepare shop drawings accordingly and
submit for your kind review and approval.
