Subject Gentlemen,

We would like to seek assistance regarding tool joint finish on elevator shaft PE-3. In anticipation on the scheduled partial turnover of Robinsons McKinley Park Residences to RLC on December 2009 we would like to start the said activity early. As agreed upon with JSEC & AMCON, JSEC will allow us to use PE-2 and PE-3 with the elevator set to low speed. As of now we are unable to use PE-3 which covers from Basement 3 up to Roof deck. As per verbal conversation with Mr. Peter Nebrez, he cannot allow us to work with PE-3 yet. If agreed upon we can work on PE-3 from 7:00 P.M. onwards, we will do our very best to catch-up with the agreed turnover date otherwise reschedule turnover date of PE-3 will be discussed. PE-1 and 2, we could not set the final turnover date because JSEC is still setting up their elevator car. Works for the remaining floors (23 rd to roofdeck) are dependent on the operations of the two remaining lifts. We hope for your assistance on the above matter. Thank you.
