school: Challenges and Solutions (A Case Study)

ABSTRACT

A school is expected to produce the output that are compatible to compete with others,
especially in era where science and technology have been dominant. To complete this goal, the
human resources in the school is needed to accomplish the goal. As improving the quality of the
graduates, human resources which are in the school is needed to improve as well in order to
make the program run well. The school will face some challenges, especially when the
educational staffs attempt to improve the quality the resources. From this paper will find out
what problems and how they overcome the problems during improving the quality of human
resources. The method will be employed a qualitative research, case study with questionnaire as
instrument and some library research. The source of data are the principal and staffs from the
school. The result will reveal some issues and challenges that faced by educational staff in the
school and the solution to solving those challenges in the process of improving the quality
human resources in that school.
