“A resolution requesting to have a Popularity Award ”

WHEREAS, the T.L.E club wants

WHEREAS, the T.L.E club proposes to facilitate the Popularity Awards as part of its commitment to
serve the students.

WHEREAS, as part of the fund raising projects to buy any materials needed for the nutrition month
culmination, the T.L.E club agreed to collect P1.00 contribution for the on July 15-19, 2019 during their
TLE time.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of the T.L.E club President MELODY ISRAEL and duly seconded by
ALFIE JOVER and all T.L.E club Officers the said motion was approved;
