GNH Employee Rights &

Responsibilities
1. No discrimination against any employee based on age, sex, religion, caste etc.
2. Open door policy: any employee has the right to voice his/her opinion to any higher authority within the
organization.
3. Right to avail informed leave as per rules.
4. Right to avail weekly off as per policy.
5. Right to avail salary as applicable.
6. Right to know details of performance appraisal regarding weaknesses and improvement required, status of
grading etc.
7. Right to be appraised for growth and development within the organization based strictly on merit.
8. Right to information regarding key performance indicators and key deliverables to enable understanding of
role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To report for duty on time.
2. To follow the rules and regulations of the Hospital.
3. To avail leave after sanctioning from HOD.
4. To use e-mail for official purpose only.
5. To ensure office stationary is not misused.
6. To switch off fan/A.C/light/computer etc. while leaving the work place.
7. To follow the dress code policy of the Institute.
8. To inform HR department within seven days in writing if there is any change in the permanent/local
address.
9. Employee should not divulge trade secretes or any other valued information gained during the employment
to any other individual or institution while in service or even after leaving the service.
10. To mark the attendance in the attendance machine at the time of arrival and departure.
