Day 1- General Exercise Test

• Machine chest press

• Leg press

• Seated machine shoulder press

• Assisted pull-ups

• Static smith machine lunge

• 12 minute distance test

Day 2- Program Routine

•15 min Mobility

•75 min Workout

•30 min Cardio

1st Set RR x 25 (easy)

2nd-4th Set RR x 20 (failure)

5th Set RR x 20 (easy)


(45 seconds between each set)

(90 seconds between each workout)

-Rotator cuff progression

-Incline barbell press

-Chest front raise

-Dumbbell chest press (neutral/wide)

-Lower chest press machine

-Chest fly machine

Day 3: Diet, Food List, Cardio Equipment

45 minutes of cardio
