E.g. My basic plank experience has
Basic plank been challenging since I can
feel my legs and arms
trembling. I also sweated
profusely because the sport
requires the use of my entire
body. But I don’t mind
because it helps to build my
muscles and bones. In the
future, the fundamental plank
can help you maintain a
strong posture.

Zipper Test My experience with the zipper

test has been good because
all I have to do is reach behind
my back with my hands to
measure it. However, there
are instances when I am
unable to reach the right arm
with my left hand.

Push-Ups Because I don’t constantly do

push-ups, I can only
accomplish 5–10 of them. This
activity is difficult to perform
since it requires a lot of
strength to push up and down
and a lot of force to complete.
My shoulder and arms hurt
after the activity due of the
amount of power I put into it.

3 Minute step The 3 minute step activity is

test the one that made me
exhausted because it takes 3
minutes to complete and
requires you to step up and
down for 3 minutes. This is
also the action that will help
you get your pulse.
