CONDITIONAL OBLIGATION
- Suspensive (condition
precedent/antecedent) – its fulfillment
gives rise to the obligation, if not
fulfilled, no obligation will arise.
- Resolutory (condition subsequent) –
extinguishes the obligation which is
already existing.
